Who Are We?
SnyderHealth.com is owned and operated by Laurette and Dean Snyder - just a couple of health conscious folks with three children who believe that ANYONE can empower themselves to heal from disease, and maintain optimal fitness by eating, living, and thinking in a positive way (click here to read our story).

Designing and maintaining this site takes a tremendous amount of time and money... but we are helping others achieve what we have achieved, and that makes everything worth while.

Where Are We Headed?
Laurette and I have a goal of making this site one of the world's largest web sites on the benefits of an alkaline diet and alkaline lifestyle.  With Dr. Robert Young as our guide, we will strive to spread the word until everyone has the power to change their lives, and break away from traditional medicine which has brought us into the dark ages of human health.  We are all in this together.  And, without you, the readers, we have no cause, and no site.
