So,
we must avoid foods that take away more energy then they provide. Your
body operates on a subtle electro-magnetic current. Nerves signals are,
in fact, electrical charges. Your brain, your heart, and all the organs
in your body emit these fields of electrical vibrational current. And,
your cells communicate with each other through pulses of electricity.
When we eat food, our food breaks down into food particles to their
smallest size called “colloidals.” A colloidal is the smallest
possible form of a nutrient particle size. These nutrient particles
are then carried to cells via electrical charges. If we eat something
that’s “lifeless,” that really doesn’t have
the electrical charges in it any longer, then you’re not going
to get the energy that your body deserves. The food itself is taking
more energy than it’s giving if it doesn’t give you enough
electrical charges.
Each
of the organs of your body has a certain amount of vibrational frequency,
of electrical energy, that can be measured in megahertz for it to be
functioning healthfully. The average of your core organs - your brain,
your heart, your lungs – is 70 megahertz. Food has the same measurable
electrical energy. For example, what kind of electrical charges are
available in chocolate cake, in megahertz? 1-3 MHz. By the way, a TUMOR
has 40 MHz of electrical charges to give you an idea, by comparison.
A Big Mac has 5 megahertz of vibrational energy. So, let’s take
a look at this. If you need 70 megahertz of energy, and your primary
diet is made up of Big Macs and chocolate cake, are you going to be
in an energy deficit or energy abundance? Deficit. And so your energy
is going to be low. If your energy is low, will the organs of your body
be working at their total functional peak efficiency, yes or no? If
they are not working efficiently, your organs will begin to shut down,
and you build up more toxic waste. Your body would normally get rid
of this waste but your body no longer has the energy to function properly.
And then you go through this slow decline that most people call “aging.”
Let’s
take a look at some vibrational measurements. Most vitamin and mineral
supplements are 10-30 megahertz – and that’s if your body
can absorb them. Raw almonds are 40-50 MHz. Your liver is 55-60 MHz.
Your colon, 58-63 MHz. Your stomach, 58-65 MHz. Top of your head, 60-70
MHz. You can see, your body is basically in that 60-70 MHz range. Fruits
do provide a lot of energy. They’re alive. But fruits, unfortunately,
contain a lot of natural sugars which can feed Candida
- and must be eaten sparingly. Green vegetables are the highest, 70-90
MHz. Plus, green vegetables are extremely alkaline! We want alkalinity,
and green vegetables are some of the most alkaline things you can take
into your body. Live fresh wheat grass has 70-90 MHz. Your brain emits
72-78 MHz. How many of you love a rose? You get in the presence of a
rose, or you smell a rose, and it feels really great? A rose has 320
MHz coming out of it. It’s like you get a charge. All flowers
don’t do that to you do they? Some have more than others. And
those feelings you’re having are actual electrical frequencies
that you can experience if you measure it. It’s really fascinating.
How
Do Bacteria Survive?
Formation
of Free Radicals in Relation to
Bacteria and Magnetism in the Body
Think
of unstable elements (acids) moving around the body, looking for an
electron to make itself stable. It will steal an electron from wherever
it can, at the expense of a stable cell, which needs the paired electrons
to remain stable. When a cell loses an electron from a pair, it will
lose energy and die, sacrificing itself to the "thief". This is how
bacteria and cancer thrive (see Fig. 1).
Magnetism
affects the electron stability of cells. Electrons of a cell are established
in pairs. If one electron is lost, the cell will lose energy and die.
When that electron is taken by oxygen that becomes unpaired, free radicals
form and destroy cells. Energized foods can protect cells from losing
electrons, and re-stabilize the oxygen molecule. It also de-activates
free radicals and protects the cell by preventing it from losing one
of its electrons (see Fig 2).
Normally,
bacteria in our body are stable. In fact, they are essential for our
survival, such as intestinal flora found in the colon. It is only when
bacteria lose an electron from a pair that they become erratic and harmful.
This is how diseases related to bacteria flourish. Energy is produced
through electromagnetic forces in the body. Magnetism activates the
electrons surrounding the cells, and stabilizes electrons in pairs to
maintain the normal structure and function of cells. Loss of an electron
destroys the cell's stability, resulting in its loss of energy and the
production of free radicals.
Eating
highly energized foods can help to keep unhealthy amounts of yeast,
fungus, molds, and bacterias from forming.
So,
once again, we must avoid foods that take away more energy then they
provide. We want to take in high energy, high alkaine foods, like green
vegetables and varied fruits. Some living foods are high in energy and
alkaline but tend to harbor too much bacteria (another thing we want
to avoid). Make sure to keep as much of this raw, as the cooking process
tends to destroy much of the "life force" within the plant
if cooked (as seen in the Lentil sprout illustration
above). For more information on which foods are high in alkaline and
energy content, please refer to our pH Ash Charts
and our Shopping List.
