This directory contains reports of selected food items and nutrients in SR15. These reports are sorted either by food description or in descending order by nutrient content in terms of common household measures. The food items and weights in these reports are adapted from those in the upcoming revision of Home and Garden Bulletin No. 72, Nutritive Value of Foods. The reports come directly from the USDA website.

These reports are to be used as a tool to help you figure out which foods contain the nutrients that you may be lacking (depending on your condition) and to aid in finding replacements for the 'acid-forming' foods that are currently in your diet.

These reports are in the form of PDF (portable document format) files. The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is required to read these files. (Adobe and Acrobat are trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated). The files are:
