Chanson's G2 Faucet was designed to eliminate the faucet adapter and hoses that are used in traditional countertop water ionizer installations. Your water ionizer will remain on the countertop which allows access to the control panel for pH level selection but no more hosing running from your faucet to your water ionizer, no more acid drain hose hanging into your sink.
The G2 Faucet mounts on your sink using a 1 1/2" to 1 5/8" hole, the standard size hole found on most sinks to accomodate a side sprayer nozzle or soap dispenser.

Will this faucet work with any of the Chanson water ionizers?
The Chanson G2 faucet will work with any of the Chanson countertop ionizers. Some ionizers have 1/4" water tubing, and some have 3/8" water tubing. When purchasing this faucet, be sure to select which machine that the faucet will be used with so that you'll receive any adapters required for your tubing size.
Does this faucet allow me to put my Chanson ionizer under the sink?
No, the faucet allows you to keep your countertop ionizer on the counter, while freeing up your kitchen faucet from having a diverter on it. The water is fed from your cold water main under the sink to the underside of the faucet. Then, the water inlet hose of your ionizer connects to one of the connectors on the side of the faucet, while your acid drain line attaches to the other connector. This allows the acid drain water to flow neatly from the end of the faucet, rather than having the acid hose hanging over the side of your sink.
When using this faucet, where does the drinking water come from?
The drinking water will still come from the stainless steel flex hose on the top of your ionizer.
What is the handle for on the side of the G2 faucet?
The handle on the G2 faucet is to control the water flow to the ionizer. You can keep the faucet in the fully open position if you have normal water pressure, half way closed if you have very high water pressure and need to slow it down before it enters the water ionizer, or you can close the handle all the way to completely shut off of the water going to your ionizer. This is especially handy if you are going on vacation, and don't want your ionizer to leak while you are away for an extended time.
