Cathleen LoGrasso from AlkalineWaterPlus.com tested coffee for its acidity using her pH meter. She made the coffee using her alkaline ionized water from her Melody water ionizer. The water coming out of this ionizer is nicely alkaline at a pH of 11. Will the coffee be acidic or alkaline?
