Making Tea With Ionized Water |
A customer called Cathleen LoGrasso from AlkaineWaterPlus.com, and in the conversation the customer said that an Enagic rep told her that Enagic water ionizers are the only water ionizers that can steep tea which hasn't been heated. Cathie decided to test that statement with her Melody water ionizer. Here's the bottom line... and, guess what? The Melody water ionizer can, in fact, steep tea without heating the water. The moral is: don't believe everything an Enagic rep says about their competition. So, she's as non-biased about water ionizers as can be. The facts to observe in this testing are that the water molecules [normally in clusters of about 13-16] get smaller [clusters of 6-7] which makes the ionized water wetter.
