Cathleen LoGrasso from AlkalineWaterPlus.com is testing the Emco Tech 9-Plate Vesta GL988 water ionizer at different flow rates. The results show that even at the very highest flow rate the machine's ionization is extremely good. What that means is this is a powerful water ionizer.
