Our Shipping Policy
At SnyderHealth.com, we pride ourselves in the speed in which we get orders out to our customers. Most orders are shipped "Same Day", unless the order comes in after our cutoff time, in which case it will ship out the very next day. This has been something that our customers really appreciated about us for the past decade.
Preferred Shipping MethodWe have several basic methods of shipping packages from our location; either U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express or United Parcel Service (UPS). The customer has the option of choosing the best delivery speed for their shipping address. Depending on your exact location, we offer standard Ground shipping (2-7 delivery days), 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam should expect their packages to arrive by USPS Priority Mail.
Split ShipmentsYou can expect shipments from Snyderhealth.com to arrive from our location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Depending on inventory availability, you may receive split shipments (two or more separate parcels) on orders with items from different manufacturers. We will inform you of any such split orders as they occur. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split orders, and we will provide you with all tracking numbers for all of the parcels within that order.
Shipping CostThe cost of each delivery method, and the approximate delivery date will be shown during checkout. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order within the shopping cart before you begin the checkout process, and during checkout.
Shipping Cutoff TimesWe try to the best of our ability to ship orders on the same day they are placed. To guarantee that packages are sent out for "Same Day" delivery, the order must be placed by approximately these times:
- UPS shipped orders must be received by 1:00PM CST
- U.S. Postal Service or FedEx shipped orders must be received by 12:00PM CST
Any order received after those times will likely be shipped on the following business day, although we will try our hardest to get the package shipped out on that same day.
Free ShippingWe offer Free Shipping on certain items within our web store. When your shopping cart contains items that come with free shipping, you will have several options:
- If your shopping cart contains ONLY items that come with free shipping, you will be given the option to ship the entire order for free using our "standard" shipping method (up to 6 business days for delivery by any method of our choosing), or you may choose to ship the order by an alternative method displayed within the shopping cart. If you choose to ship using an alternative method, you will then be charged the shipping cost associated with that method.
- If your shopping cart contains a mix of both items that come with free shipping, and items that do not, the shopping cart will display a shipping charge for the total weight of ONLY those items in your cart that do not come with free shipping. Generally, the items that ship for free will be shipped using our standard shipping method, while the items that do not come with free shipping will ship by the method you choose. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the entire cart by any method displayed. When that happens, you will pay for the shipping cost associated with the total weight of the ENTIRE cart, including those items that come with free shipping.
- Downloadable digital items, such as eBooks, CD's and DVD's always come with free shipping. There will be no shipping methods displayed when purchasing digital products. Also, the shopping cart does not allow you to check out with both digital items AND physical items in one shopping cart; digital items must be purchased separately.
International DestinationsSnyderHealth.com has shipped packages to over 50 international destinations in the last decade, and welcome our international customers and appreciate your business. International customers will be given the choice of shipping methods and speeds during the checkout process. The cost of each shipping method will be displayed next to each shipping method.
To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by up to 4 extra business days. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.
Please Note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of packages shipped or to mark them as a "gift". Please DO NOT ask.

If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, SnyderHealth.com reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to withhold any costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us from your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.
Returned or Unclaimed PackagesIf a package is returned to us as being refused by the recepient, or if the package is returned as "unclaimed", we will refund the customer for the cost of the items, but the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. In the rare case that we make a mistake on the package label and enter an incorrect shipping address, we will either resend the package at no extra cost to you, or offer a full refund, including the original shipping costs, at your discretion.
Insurance Claims & Lost PackagesSnyderHealth.com provides insurance and tracking for all of our orders. If a package arrives damaged, or is lost entirely, we will replace the item(s) at no extra cost to you. Generally, a package tracer can be put on a lost package after approximately two weeks from the date the package was shipped. After a tracer has identified the package as being lost, we will then send out a replacement order to you, while we handle any insurance claims ourselves. If a package arrives to you damaged, or the box has been torn open and some of the items are missing, you MUST notify us immediately so that we can initiate an insurance claim for those items. We may require a statement from you, in writing, regarding the loss or damage. After we receive your statement, we can then send you the missing or damaged items.
For International Orders: Your package may be delayed by your country's customs department for several weeks. Although packages generally arrive in-country within two weeks of shipment, package delivery can be delayed for up to 30 days. If you believe that your package is taking too long to be delivered, it is your responsibility to contact your local custom's office to find out if they have the package (the tracking number will be required) and when they intend to release it. We CANNOT contact your local custom's office on your behalf, so please do not ask us to do so. After 30 days we can then put a tracer on the package; if the package tracer determines that the package is lost, we will then send a replacement package.
